We are seeking a skilled and dependable Technical Operator to operate and monitor filler machine equipment within our production plant. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth machine operations, minimizing downtime, maintaining product quality, and supporting safe and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor technical equipment, machinery, or systems according to standard procedures.
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of operations and incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to optimize performance.
Assist in installation, testing, and calibration of new equipment.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering course).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a liquid beverage filling machine.
Ability to understand mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Working knowledge of OSHA, Lean Manufacturing, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
