This role’s purpose is to lead and continuously improve the Company's Quality Assurance and Food Safety function by ensuring the consistent production of safe, compliant, and high-quality products that meet regulatory requirements and consumer expectations.
The role further provides quality leadership across manufacturing operations through the development and maintenance of robust quality management systems, effective food safety programmes, supplier quality assurance processes, and strong quality governance standards. The position is responsible for driving operational excellence, reducing quality-related losses, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
